The  Restaurant is beside the hotel and is open to the general public at weekends for dinner. It is small and very charming, decorated in the same mannerAntique English & Spanish Decanters as the main building of the hotel. 

Fresh products from the area predominate, fish from Gandia and fruit and vegetables from the local fields.  A personal touch of imagination makes the seasonal menu a delight for all.  Vegetarians are very welcome and any specially needs are catered for if advance warning is given. All the dishes are cooked to order with care & attention. The wines are from many different wiSummer Patio & Hills ne growing regions of the Spanish peninsula,  opening  up the opportunity to be adventurous but sure that each one has been carefully selected with love and care. During the wonderful Summer evenings the restaurant moves to a glorious outside patio with views to the hills beyond.  The smell of jasmine and soft candlelight will entice you to linger with a glass of local Muscat wine whilst listening to the soft tones of gentle music,  perhaps the chatter of the locals will keep you longer than you expected.
